Michele not only guides our classes through the various yoga positions, she explains the benefits and more importantly, the correct way to 'make the moves'. Michele always has a topic to discuss which helps give me an insight as to how I view things. Putting this into practice helps me to lessen the stress associated with everyday life.
I always look forward to Michele's Yoga class. It is not too strenuous, but a gentle satisfying practice and the stretching helps those little body aches and pains. The Yoga Nidra at the end helps me have a wonderful sleep that night. I really enjoy these classes and strongly recommend Michele's yoga class to anyone wanting to participate in a very satisfying practice.
