    Connect, relax and release your cares as the class moves through a series of joint mobility practices aimed to relieve stress and stiffness from the body. Improve your strength and stability and increase your flexibility all the while using the breath to help keep you focused.

    For total relaxation in body, mind and spirit, the class finishes with the 20 minute deep relaxation technique of ‘Yoga Nidra’. Suitable for anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness levels.

    Pregnancy Yoga

    Stay fit and flexible whilst preparing your body and mind for labour and birth.  Yoga during pregnancy has been shown to have many benefits for both mother and baby.  Classes include:  breathwork, gentle postures to open the hips, increase stamina and strength and release tension throughout the body.  Meditation concludes each class.
